A Christmas Carol

, , |

What a show I must say, as it was a great show, a show by which none will surpass in my mind. The show that I give praise to was the show put on by our very own drama students here at Innisdale, in the Little Theatre last week over the course of four days. A Christmas Carol, written by the great author Charles Dickens, is a timeless classic, and the drama students' rendition of this great classic was absolutely superb incorporating all art forms into one fantastic piece that took the audience by storm.

Ethan Aubuchon, seasoned performer in the dramatic arts, played the lead role of Ebenezer Scrooge in this performance. Not only did he play it with gusto and great skill, showing the audience his shear talent at playing such a dynamic role, many of the onlookers believed him to be the fictional character himself in body and spirit. One was truly treated to a great show that night and on all the other nights.

It is, however, not all about the person who plays the lead role, in despite of the fact that he did put on quite the show. A huge congratulation goes out to the entire drama class and all others who aided in completing this great event and showing off Innisdale's artistic talent. Good luck to all of you in your next endeavour.

I give the play a five out of five.
